Product delivery time

After payment is confirmed, it will be shipped within 3 business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

We usually ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed, but please note that it may take some time for the item to arrive due to the delay of the shipping and delivery company.

Necessary charges other than the product price

A separate shipping fee will be charged for the product. The shipping fee varies depending on the packing size, but it will be ¥ 990- ¥ 2,500.

Free shipping is available for customers who purchase over ¥ 11,000 including tax.

About product delivery

When shipping products, we individually wrap them in vinyl and pack them in thick cardboard.

  • 100 size (1 to 3 sheets) up to 10 kg
  • 140 size (4 to 20 sheets) up to 20 kg
  • 140 size (set product with accessories) up to 20 kg

* If you purchase only one item, it may be delivered in a wrinkle-resistant bag. note that.

About the delivery company

The delivery company will basically deliver by "Sagawa Express".
* Okinawa and remote islands will be delivered by "Yu-Pack".

About returns

"KYO MODE" accepts returns only for those who contact us by email or phone [ within 5 days ] after the item arrives.

Please contact us by e-mail on "Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays or after business hours". We will respond on the next business day.

* Regarding return, please return within one week after receiving the return notification. Unless it takes time to return the product due to circumstances, we may not be able to respond to the return if the product is returned without contact for more than a week. Thank you for your understanding.

* In case of "product defect" due to lack of information on our side, we will accept it at "shipping cost", so please return it by "payment on delivery". We will also bear the "transfer fee for refunds".

Return conditions

Only if all of the following conditions are met, we will "return" and "refund the product price in full".

  • After the item arrives, please contact us by e-mail or phone within the specified "5 days" to request a return.

Return procedure

3. 3. After the item arrives at our shop, our staff will check the condition

If there is no problem after the item arrives, we will refund the item price to the "specified bank account".

* In the case of "credit card payment", we will respond by "cancellation of credit card request".

* In the case of credit, the price may be deducted depending on the payment timing. In that case, at the time of "next withdrawal", it will be "offset against the billed amount for the current month" or refunded.

* Please note that we cannot refund "other than the sales amount" such as "shipping fee" and "transfer fee".

It is very unfortunate for customers who do not understand the purpose of our products if there is no clear "intention to purchase" and "returns are repeated many times" or "rejection of receipt". However, we may refuse "future orders / returns".
